Despite the hollow claims that they want a strong career to prove
their skill set before the world and live an independent life, there are
many women, who just do what their husbands want them to do.
These women claim that they are firm on their career and growth, but
falter when they get a chance. Their husbands are smart enough to
convince them that it was not the right time to go outside and do a job.
Some women take excuse of kids to console themselves that their
children get the top priority. They waste their talent, efforts and
career with a false hope that their husbands will make their dream true
when things become normal.
Such women must understand the difference between an 'Artical' and
'Article' in real life. They miss all opportunities and leave it to
destiny and their spouses.
They boast of higher studies and academic career, but never realize
the importance of a job, which would make their life easier and simpler.
Today's woman knows how to make a balance between her family and
career. Women employees are being preferred at many organizations. Even
women make better bosses than men.
However, despite all these hype of women empowerment, it is the duty
of every career woman to understand the priority, realize the importance
of the time and situation and take the plunge without waiting for
another opportunity, which may or may not come to them again...
