Preparation time :- 10 to 15 min
Cooking time:- 3 mins.
Makes 5 Pizzas
Ingredients: -
For pizza sauce-
1. Tomatoes 4 nos.
2. Onion 1 large.
3. Garlic cloves 4 to 5 crushed
4. Ginger 1 inch piece, crushed
5. Dried Oregano 1 tsp or a pinch of carom
(ajvain) seed
6. Sugar and salt to taste
7. Oil 2 tbsp
8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
For topping-
1. Capsicum, square cut, 1,large
2. Onion, square cut, 1,large
3. Paneer 50gm, cut into cube
4. Corn kernels (makai ke Dane) 1 cup
5. Processed cheese 150 grm, grated
6. Butter 5tsp
7. Pizza base 5 nos.
8. Green chilli, cut into ring
9. Finely chopped garlic 5 to 7 cloves
Method:-
For Pizza sauce:
Heat the oil in sauce pan.
Add carom seeds or dried oregano and
garlic paste. Saute for two mins.
Add tomato and onion gravy and ginger
paste.
Add salt and sugar to taste and red chilli
powder 1tsp.
Simmer for 5mins
Make it thick.
A rest for cool at room temperature.
For pizza
It is an oven free pizza....
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and sauté
Paneer cubes till golden brown.
Keep aside.
Take one pizza base and apply butter on
it.
Now apply pizza sauce evenly.
Spread boiled corn kernels, capsicum, onion
and Paneer cubes and green chilli, finely chopped garlic.
Spread grated processed cheese evenly.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
Put pizza on it and cover the lid.
Cook for 2 to 3 mins. Or till cheese melt.
