- Rice flour 1 cup
- Curd 1 cup approx.
- Salt to Taste
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger Chilli paste 1 1/2 tsp
- Rosted Cumin (jeera) powder 1tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Method :-
- Shift the flour. Add oil,salt,and all other ingredients except curd.
- Mix all ingredients well. Now add curd as required and knead into a smooth dough.
- Grees a Chakri Sancha and fill the dough inside.
- Put a butter on baking dish. Shape the like Chakri with Chakri Sancha.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degree celcius in a preheated oven.
- Let it cool down.
- Non-Fried Diet Chakri is now ready to serve.Store in a air tight container.
