Non-Fried Diet Chakri



Ingredients  :-
  • Rice flour  1 cup
  • Curd         1 cup  approx.
  • Salt to Taste
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger Chilli paste 1 1/2 tsp
  • Rosted Cumin (jeera) powder 1tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp 


Method :-
  1. Shift the flour. Add oil,salt,and all other ingredients except curd.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.  Now add curd as required and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Grees a Chakri Sancha and fill the dough inside.
  4. Put a butter on baking dish. Shape the like Chakri with Chakri Sancha.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degree celcius in a preheated oven.
  6. Let it cool down. 
  7. Non-Fried Diet Chakri is now ready to serve.Store in a air tight container.
